Application Process

We are so glad you are considering partnering with CCA! Below, you will find details on our application process and what to expect. Please feel free to reach out to our dedicated staff with any questions.

1. Application 

Begin the process by submitting an online application, which helps us learn about your child and your educational goals. This form allows our admissions team to review basic information and start a conversation about fit. 

2. Admission 

Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our administration team will reach out to share acceptance details or ask any follow-up questions. We'll ensure that you have a clear understanding of the next steps. It’s also a great time to clarify any questions about our program! If you would like to secure your student's position in the class, you need to pay the registration fee at this time. Other fees will be billed as part of the final financial agreement. 

3. Agreement

Families complete the financial process by reviewing and agreeing to tuition expectations, fee schedules, and payment policies. You will be able to view all fees and costs in your ClassReach account. Clear communication at this stage ensures everyone understands their financial responsibilities for the year ahead.

4. Payment

Paying supply and facility fees will finalize your family's enrollment. These fees cover administrative and facility costs and are required to secure your student’s place in our classes. Once paid, you’re officially on the roster for the upcoming school year!

5. Access

After acceptance, your family will receive access to ClassReach, our central online platform for school communication. Through ClassReach you can view the school calendar, important announcements, class materials, booklists, and track your student’s academic progress. This portal also helps you stay connected with instructors and access tools necessary for planning and scheduling.
